Calla the Cat needs a home
This girl came from a friend's backyard in Downey with her siblings Ivy, Teague and Owen. She's been here since she was little, which is amazing to us because she's SO beautiful and sweet. She's scared at adoption events like many of the cats so no one gets to see her true personality. She's ladylike and when she walks she swishes her tail back and forth like a feather. She has a tiny squeaky meow which is super cute, all her sublings sound the same, even the boys. She loves to be held and will cuddle into your neck. She likes to sit on laps and she gives kisses! She is shy at first, but once she knows she's safe, she's a lover. We would prefer that Calla be adopted with her sister Ivy.
The name Calla is Greek in origin and means "beautiful" like the Calla Lily. Perfect for this girl. Please consider keeping her name. We train our cats to know their names, and she knows hers!
Because of Calla's beautiful (incredibly soft) fur, she will require some sanitary groomiing/clipping around the backside. We don't trim anywhere else as she doesn't need it (she's gets interactive brushing) but that's the only area that gets knotted. Her personality type would be too stressed otherwise.
